Above the case the watch is fully committed, and below it almost nothing at all has been done to it. The narrow Everose Gold center strip is the only concession the bracelet makes to whatever sits above it. Rolex sold both versions, and this one has always been by far the harder of the two to locate.

The 36 mm case is Stainless Steel with an Everose Gold bezel set with diamonds above it. A slate dial carries gold Roman numerals, and the six and the nine are set with diamonds. The date sits at three under a Cyclops lens, with baton hands crossing the sunray surface. Three-piece solid links build the Oyster bracelet, Everose Gold at the center, closing on a folding Oysterclasp with a comfort extension.
