A silver dial, a steel case, a steel-edged bracelet and ten white stones against one pink ring and one pink strip is about as cool as an Everose Rolesor watch is ever going to be. It is very nearly a steel watch that simply happens to have some gold on it. That is a perfectly legitimate way to buy one. Rolex retired the Datejust 278271, and the ten-stone silver Oyster sold quietly at retail right throughout its run.
An Oystersteel case of 31 mm sits beneath a fluted Everose gold bezel, on the flat three-piece Oyster bracelet with Everose center links. Ten brilliant-cut diamonds mark the hours right across the silver dial, with the sunburst still radiating outward between them, and plain baton hands pass above as the watch runs. The date sits at three under the Cyclops lens, and a concealed folding clasp closes the bracelet.
