Snow setting is the distinguishing technique here: diamonds of varying size are placed without visible pattern so the metal disappears entirely, which is harder to execute well than a uniform pavé and is used sparingly by Patek Philippe. The case, bezel and bracelet all receive it, and the dial's wave pattern — the marker of the Ladies' Nautilus — is rendered in rows of stones rather than embossed.
The white gold case measures 35.2 mm, the smaller Nautilus proportion. The dial is fully paved, with blackened white gold applied numerals and hour markers standing against the setting for legibility. A self-winding movement drives the watch, and the snow-set white gold bracelet is integrated into the case in the collection's original design. Patek Philippe reserves snow setting for a small number of references, and on the Ladies' Nautilus it replaces the collection's usual applied treatment entirely, changing how the watch reads at every angle.
