Patek's world time mechanism dates to Louis Cottier's work in the 1930s and shows all twenty-four zones simultaneously, adjusted by a single pusher. Setting it over a hand-guilloched olive green dial in the old-basket weave motif puts a hand-engraving technique against a complication that is entirely about geography.
The rose gold case measures 36 mm with a diamond bezel. The olive green dial is hand-guilloched with the old-basket weave motif and carries rose gold applied hour-markers. The world time displays all twenty-four zones with a central hours and minutes reading. The watch is completed on a hand-stitched calfskin strap. Guilloche is cut on a rose engine turned by hand, so the depth varies fractionally across the dial and no two are identical. Part of the Complications collection.
