At 33mm the 7121 is the smallest Complications reference Patek Philippe builds around a moon phase, and it descends directly from the 3796 and the small round dress watches the house made through the middle of the last century. The sunburst blue dial is a recent addition to a design that has otherwise changed very little.
The White Gold case measures 33mm with a slim profile and a bezel set flush to the case band. The sunburst blue dial carries White Gold applied Breguet numerals with a small seconds register and moon phase aperture at 6 o'clock. An alligator strap finishes the watch. Breguet numerals are applied individually rather than printed, and on a dial this size the spacing has to be exact, since there is no room to absorb an error anywhere around the track.
