Finishing Touches
All Jewels Aficionado Fine Jewelry will arrive in our signature brushed grey box, crafted from the finest Italian velvet, and complete with a Certificate of Authenticity, gift bag, and ribbon.
Tanzanite was found in 1967 and named by Tiffany & Co. shortly after, which makes it younger than most of the people wearing it and only five years older than the Royal Oak itself. No comparable gem has been discovered since, and the deposit that produces it is finite.
The white gold case measures 37 mm with a gem-set bezel. The white gold dial is set with baguette-cut tanzanites and carries white gold Royal Oak hands. The watch is completed on a white gold bracelet set with baguette-cut tanzanites with an AP folding clasp. Tanzanite shows different colours along different crystal axes, so every baguette in this Royal Oak has to be oriented before cutting or the set will not agree with itself.
This exceptional piece is not currently in stock due to its rarity on the market. Please register your interest, and our sourcing team will leverage our global network of collectors and trusted partners to pursue one on your behalf.
